ABOUT CALI2MAUI FITNESS

In 2020, Covid brought about significant changes. People were anxious about the unknown, fearful of illness and infection, many had to give up their normal routines. Despite these challenges I noticed a strong desire among my clients to continue exercising, even as they worried about transmitting the disease.

This led to the birth of B(ring) Y(our) O(wn) W(eights). After discussing this situation to my workout group, I realized that those who could, would purchase their own equipment. They would either set it up at their residence, or bring it along to their workouts.

​

You don't need fancy weights or equipment. Whatever equipment you have (bands, a few weights, medicine balls, anything!), BRING IT - Together, we can and WILL make it work!
